The Pluvius Club Set consists of three individual sections covering an area 21.96m x 3.66m (24 yards x 4 yards).
The Pluvius County Set consists of four individual sections covering an area 29.28m x 3.66m (32 yards x 4 yards).
Pluvius pitch covers have been designed and developed to the highest standards of engineering and structural integrity.
The design incorporates a calculated balance between:
- strength - to be robust and durable
- weight - to remain stable in the wind
- mobility - for ease of movement
The frames are fabricated from tubular steel sections fully welded and galvanised for long term protection against corrosion with deep wide aluminium gutters. The pneumatic wheels are mounted on a steel angle. Two of the wheel assemblies swivel and two are fixed to allow precise steering.
The tailored 610gm2 PVC/polyester sheet is attached to the frames by shock cord rope which makes it easy to remove for winter storage A welded flap covers the join between sections to prevent water running between them. Coloured fitted sheets can be supplied on request.
The sheets provide an excellent opportunity for sponsors’ names and logos to be displayed.
A standard 6.25m length of hose is fitted to each of the four outlets on each section. Longer hoses can be supplied if required.
